ReplyDeleteYou might want to add a bit on why she feels she has to save this land (especially since it appears from the logline that its only a fantasy story.) Something like:
When thirteen-year-old Elena's magical pen writes of its own accord about a mystical fantasy land being overrun by demons, she happily reads along - until she gets sucked into the story. The only way for Elena to get back to the real world is for her to exile the demons. Unfortunately, it's not as simple as writing a happy ending - whenever Elena uses the pen, someone turns into a demon, and she could be next.
That's pretty clumsy, but you get the idea. Good luck!
